Step by step guide to Fortress Siege
I'm asking you..I'm not giving :lol: Please post here the step by step guide to fortress siege for all to see. Excluding external factors (i.e. attacked by enemy clans).. We were successful in recent fortress sieges. Now its the time to hone and perfect that collective skill. I want brevity, I want efficiency...

How to CONQUER a fortress: A. Small Fortress (w/ 3 room guards) 1. when the siege start destroy first the GATE. 2. move in and kill the archers in the watch towers beside the gate. 3. move to guard captain room, destroy the left door (NOTE: LEFT DOOR ONLY - very important. If both door are destroy, its time to give up the siege) 4. when door is down, all must move down the stairs. no one is allowed to enter the room. 5. A tanker will lure the guard captain out and perform the BUG. (ask HALOBLADE, we always do the tanking in our fortress siege) 6. when the guard captain is already set, FF the guard captain. 7. when guard captain is down move to the support unit or archers (whichever is nearest). Only target the head NPC: Support Unit Leader & Archer Captain. 8. When all Room guards are down, the center building will open. Inside the center building are 3 flags - the flags will be raised on the top of the center building. 9. The clan that will take the fortress must get a flag. They will then receive a weight penalty that decreases their speed. 10. all must clear the way of the flag bearer. they must go ahead the flag bearer and kill all NPC. Theres a special NPC named REBEL CAPTAIN (im not sure about the name but something like that). he has 1M HP & hit hard. No need to kill it. It must be lured down and let him chase the tanker until the flag is raised. 11. When the flag pole is clear, flag bearers must raise the flag to claim the fortress. B. Big Fortress (w/ 5 room guard) 1. when the siege start destroy first the GATE. 2. move in and kill the archers in the watch towers beside the gate. 3. clear the perimeter of CONTROL ROOM. You must go around the room and kill all the guards (flame throwers) to give the warsmith way to decode BACK UP POWER SUPPLY - needed to open the CONTROL ROOM. 4. When all Back Up Power Supply is down, open the Control Room door using Control Room Card (all class can open as long as you have the card). 5. When the door is open. Only 1 warsmith will go in to decode the Main Power Supply - he will wait until one captain is down before he start decoding to save time. (ask BENCHBABE or FENUM) they do the decoding for our allaince. 6. We leave the warsmith inside the control room while all must proceed to the Guard Captain or the Officers Barrack - whichever is nearest. 7. Again, both rooms, only destroy left door and move back after destroying to give way for the tanker to perform the Bug. Guard Captain Room: /target Guard Captain Officers room: /target General 8. after killing one of this room, the warsmith in the control room will start decoding the main power supply while all the force must destroy all the other 3 rooms - go to the nearest room. 8. When all Room guards are down, the center building will open. Inside the center building are 3 flags - the flags will be raised on the top of the center building. 9. IMPORTANT NOTE IN CONQUERING THE ROOM 1. after taking down one room, you must take down all the rooms in 10 min. All the rooms will restore if you failed. 2. never raise HQ flag outside the fortress. you can raise it inside. much better if you place it on the center. 3. only registered clan can raise HQ flag. Clans w/out HQ flag cant resu dead. Only clan to clan resu, you cant resu anyone from other clan even they have HQ flag. 4. never wait for RESU.... fortress siege have no exp los on death. So, re spawn back to HQ Flag and position your self again. DEFENDING A FORTRESS Tips: 1. Always Open the door of all rooms except the center building. This will prevent the attacker to perform the Bug. 2. All long range attacks, healers and buffer must stay on the center building above. a special floor is located at this building - no access up so no milee can go up to attack you. healers & buffers must cover in the blind spot of that room. Only fortress owner can access that room by two ways: a. using escape to fortress. b. when dead, respawn to fortress. .. kill enemies from that location. if the attackers are strong .. milee units can just watch the fun .. ^_^

Also a tanker must be buffed with "bless the blood" upon luring out the Guard Captain by his partymate buffer/healer. It increases HP when attacked. Also can flag bearers' speed be increased when buffed with "decrease weight" (weight penalty removed)?
